- How long does the package take to arrive?

It usually takes from a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 10 days from the moment we report that the package has been shipped by us. This will depend on the company responsible for shipping the package. We ship with BRT and SDA (Italian Post Office).

- Will I receive a tracking number after purchase?

Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with your shipment tracking number. This will allow you to know at all times where your package is and when it is expected to arrive, so as to avoid that you are not at home at the time of delivery.

- Is customer support available to help me resolve any issues?

Our team assists you throughout the entire process, from the moment you place your order until you receive the package at your home. We are always available via chat on our website, via email and via Whatsapp.

- What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If it is not possible to make the delivery, a second delivery will be made (in some cases they will also try a third). In this case, a notice will specify the location of the package and how to arrange a new delivery.

If this second delivery is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the postal center closest to you. You will be shown the address of the postal center on the information summary window of your tracking number.

You can go there with your tracking number and ask for it to be delivered to you.

- Can I return something if I don't like it?

If you decide to return something, within 30 days of purchase the amount paid will be returned subject to confirmation of dispatch of the goods by the buyer and excluding delivery costs and any additional costs. Furthermore, before returning the amount, we will check the condition of the returned product. The return must take place in the same protective packaging in which the product was received.

The transport resulting from the return or exchange of the product will be borne by the buyer.

- What happens if I receive a different product than the one I ordered?

If by mistake a product different from the one ordered was sent to you, we will change the product or size. In any case, the goods received must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition. We will also bear the costs of returning the products.

- Is it possible to wash the cap?

The cap should only be dry cleaned, as other types of washing could ruin its shape.

- What type of payment methods do you accept?
